Booking & Payment

Appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online, by phone, or through WhatsApp. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain bookings. Prices, offers, and service availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by providing reasonable prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Service Limitations

Our spa services are provided solely for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving treatment. Iraa Spa reserves the right to refuse service if it may pose a risk to the client or our staff.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our therapists and staff. Any inappropriate, abusive, offensive, or unlawful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and further services may be refused.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your information only for booking, communication, customer support, and service-related purposes.

Liability

Iraa Spa, Chandivali, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by applicable law.
